I am brainless.........I am taking a CBT (Computer Based Training) and is REALLY hard. If I don't pass this test, I won't be able to perform some specific tasks, and that will go against my resume. I had to take a break now.........I am dizzy already.

I hate CBTs!

I used to have to take 3 a month at one place - manditory. Didn't learn shit from them that was useful.

I think they are great inroductions, but not something that a company should rely on to transfer skills and information to employees.
